Chilaquiles

Homemade chips tossed in salsa roja or salsa verde topped with onion, quest fresco, cilantro, and an egg scrambled or fried to your preference. Served with a side of rice and beans.

Huevos con Chorizo

Lean ground pork meat scrambled with eggs and served with a side of rice and beans. Don’t forget to ask for tortillas!

Breakfast Burrito

Scrambled eggs mixed with cheese and potatoes wrapped in a flour tortilla. Try it with some applewood smoked bacon.

Huevos Rancheros

Two over easy eggs placed on homemade corn tostadas showered with our ranchero salsa roja. Served with rice and beans.

Flan

Our flan is like no other flan. It’s made the way flan should be made. Not like a jello, but a rich custardy treat.

Dirty Horchata

Homemade horchata stained with espresso. Like an iced coffee! It is something we are known for. Other shops in the area have copied this drink, but isn’t the same. You be the judge.

Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

Oranges are juiced right before your eyes. Doesn’t get much fresher than that.

Cafe de Olla

A special and traditional Mexican coffee. Made with piloncillo, orange peel, and spices. A little sweet and traditionally enjoyed how it is served.
